Therefore, we have established some rules in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. During these unprecedented times, when many buyers can’t physically come to see a house in person, digital marketing exposure is even more critical. Fortunately, The Young Real Estate has always been on the cutting edge of social media, video and digital marketing.
In accordance with the safety guidelines set out by our Provincial Health Authorities, the Real Estate Council of BC, and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, we will not be hosting any public or broker open houses until further notice. However, we will remain fully committed to work with our local real estate colleagues, across all brokerages, to accommodate their buyers.
We will be offering professional photography, HD video tours or Matterport 3D virtual tours for all of our listings, and also using video, Facebook LIVE, Instagram, YouTube, and the MLS to showcase homes to the public.
We will accommodate private, in-person showings and FaceTime tours for pre-approved buyers that need to purchase within the next 30-60 days. We will require anyone entering the home to use hand sanitizer at the door, wear face masks, and to not touch anything in the home.
We will be using video conferencing tools such as Zoom and FaceTime to offer virtual buyer and seller consultations. Contract signing can be done electronically using DocuSign.
