DIGITAL MARKETING REVIEW

After putting your home on the market, we will schedule a virtual screen-share to show you how our online and social media marketing has been performing.

MATTERPORT 3D TOURS

Before listing, we have the entire home virtually mapped out. This isn’t just photos, it involves the latest in 3D tech. This is a free service for our clients in the program.

ELECTRONICALLY SIGN

All listing paperwork, offers, and counter-offers can be signed electronically from the comfort of your own home.

VIDEO OPEN HOUSES

We will take a video walking through your home to show potential buyers the features and layout. This is the next best thing to what we would usually do during an in-person showing.

CLOSING PAPERWORK

We can provide you with a list of local lawyers and notaries that are able to provide legal services required for completing the sale in a safe manner while maintaining social distancing recommendations.

QUALIFIED SHOWINGS ONLY

We will only allow buyers to view your home after 3 key steps: Viewing the video or 3D tour of your home, providing proof of mortgage pre-approval, and expressing in writing their interest in your home. We will require buyers and their agent wear masks and use hand sanitizer prior to entry.

SALE PROCEEDS

Your closing lawyer or notary can arrange to have the proceeds of sale wired directly to your bank account.

Virtual home Selling might not be for everyone. So you will still have the option of doing any of the above in person with us. But for every step of the process, we make virtual an option to make things easier for you.
